The MOOG D136-001-008 is an MSC I motion controller designed for high-performance industrial motion-control applications. It combines PLC functionality with motion-control processing and is designed for DIN-rail installation. The controller provides 8 analog inputs, 2 analog outputs, 8 configurable digital I/O channels, 2 position-transducer interfaces, 2 CAN interfaces, and an Ethernet interface. The D136-001-008 is the MSC I version without the PROFIBUS-DP slave interface; the closely related D136-001-007 adds PROFIBUS-DP. The controller uses a 32-bit PowerPC RISC processor with floating-point capability and supports Moog MACS software for configuration and application programming.
